Important Information For Tenants
Application:- Most Rental Agencies will insist a written application be filled out to apply to rent any property. You may be asked for previous rental references and rental records could be required to provide personal and fincancial references as well.
References:- A thorough check of your past rental history including a national database search for defaulting tenants will be made for all applications.
Pets:- Unless approved by the owner, our policy usually is strictly no pets.
Lawns & Gardens:- Tenants are responsible for mowing, edging and keeping gardens in good order.
Inspections:- Internal and external inspections will be carried out on a regular basis to ensure the property is being kept in good condition.

2 Bedroom Unit:= $150 - $170
2 Bedroom Villa:= $170 - $210
2 Bedroom
Townhouse:= $170 - $210
3 Bedroom Villa:= $190 - $250
3 Bedroom Home:= $220 - $250
4 Bedroom Home:= $250 - $300
Larger Executive Homes:= $350 - $450 |
Costs involved In Renting
Rental Bond: - Equivalent to 4 weeks rent for unfurnished and 6 weeks for furnished properties.
Rent: - Two weeks rent to be paid in advance
Lease preparation fee: - $15.00 per party
Electricity: - Bond $180 (no connection fee)
Telephone: - Approximately $59.00. For a pensioner $29.50. Amount appears on first bill (if existing connection in place)
Insurance: - It is essential that tenants have adequate cover for their contents / possesions. Contact your insurer for a quote. As a price guide - Allow $200 per annum.
Water: - When a property has a separate meter the tenant pays for the water used. Allow $30 to $60 per quarter depending on property. |
