This should be thought of as a retainer because as a salesperson you can receive bonuses based on performance. You should see your first years income easily exceed $72,000.
POSITIONS VACANT Sales Supporter / I.T Genius Patterson Real Estate are seeking a versatile individual to join our sales department in a very demanding yet exciting prelude to the possibility of a career in real estate sales. The successful applicant will need to possess excellent I.T skills and will be required to maintain and enhance our website and ensure smooth operation of our computer systems and network as just one of the many and varied duties. At the other end of the scale they will need to be physically fit and able to wield a heavy hammer to erect and maintain our signs, take terrific digital photos and have great people skills to be able to canvass actively for new listings. Candidates who have completed the Real Estate Certificate course will have an advantage as this is a pre requisite for this certificated position. If you think you're made of the right stuff and are prepared for the rigours of a life in real estate in a friendly go ahead agency, contact our office with a handwritten letter of application outlining your skills and the reasons you feel this position will suit. Be warned! This job entails a bit of everything from emptying the bins, cleaning windows and being the office “Gopher”.
