Patterson Real Estate is an independent agency owned and operated by local couple Rex & Helen Patterson.
The agency originally traded at the Lighthouse Beach Shopping Centre but owing to demand for their exceptional style of Real Estate haved moved into the heart of Port Macquarie's Central Business District.
The agency is unique opening 7 days providing a level of service unheard of and unmatched in Port Macquarie.
The agency follows the Jenman System promoting ethics in Real Estate endeavoring to make the process of buying and selling a pleasant and stress free experience.

  • Auctions get a lower price.
  • Auctioning encourage unfair tactics such as dummy bidding and vendor 'conditioning'.
  • Most buyers are scared of Auctions.
  • Most buyers who buy at Auctions openly admit they would have paid more.
  • Use an agent who has proven knowledge and training in negotiation to ensure you get the best price, with a personal sale.
  • These are restrictive, inconvenient and dangerous.
  • Don't allow strangers to wander through your home.

  • Some agents ask you to spend big money for advertising, then close their office early on the day when the ads come out. This doesn't make sense.
