Port Macquarie has always enjoyed the somewhat dubious reputation of having an oversupply of Real Estate Agencies. (Just stroll down our main street!). Most major franchise groups are represented in the town and there are also a few independents (like ourselves).

With so many agencies to choose from it is difficult for the consumer to distinguish one from the other. Let’s face it, all real estate agents are the same! Or are they??

So are all real estate agencies the same?

The answer is that on the surface they may all appear to be the same. So always dig deeper. Look for an agency that offers some consumer benefits and appears to be a little bit different from all the rest.
