There has been a trend of late for Real Estate Agencies to have very large rent rolls consisting of hundreds or in some case in excess of 1000 properties. This sometimes results in a high turnover of property managers and somewhat impersonal service. One property owner told me recently that he had 10 different property managers in a 7 year period!!!
