Our property management team are available 7 DAYS to assess your property for rental.

We will need some basic information on your property to conduct a rental appraisal and the consent of the existing tenants if the property is under a lease. If your property is currently managed by another agent the usual protocol (due to Privacy Legislation) is for you to contact  that agent to arrange access for our property manager.

Alternatively, if you manage the property yourself, obtain permission from the tenant to pass on their contact details to us and we will make the inspection arrangments direct with your tenants.
